CAARA Basil Pesto, Burrata and Tomato Salad with CAARA Balsamic Glaze

Burrata1 Ball
Cherry Tomato50 Gms
Mixed Lettuce Leaves80 Gms
Salt & PepperTo taste
CAARA Balsamic Glaze1 Tsp
Maldon Sea SaltTo taste
Extra Virgin Olive Oil1 Tbsp
Micro Cress1 Tsp
Basil Leaves4 Sprigs
Pine Nuts1 Tsp


  • Take a bowl, put lettuce leaves in it, add some salt, pepper and olive oil and toss well.
  • Take cherry tomatoes and cut them in half and then marinate in Caara Basil pesto.
  • Assemble tomatoes, lettuce and burrata on a serving plate.
  • Sprinkle Maldon sea salt on the burrata.  
  • Drizzle CAARA’s Balsamic Glaze on the top of the salad.  
  • Garnish with basil leaves and pine nuts.  
  • Sprinkle fresh micro cress.
