Our cookery classes are hands on and an interactive experience based out of our central Base Kitchen in Saket, New Delhi. Equipped with state of the art equipment, our courses will enable you to learn a range of echniques and boost your confidence in the kitchen.
Easy Dining & The Pantry
Easy dining is our home delivery food service where we deliver easy, wholesome dishes freshly prepared for you from our kitchens. Our menu’s are seasonal and ideal if you have a few people over and want to enjoy some delicious food without any fuss. Our delivery service also includes our pantry product list so don’t forget to choose your kitchen essentials to stock up your fridge.
CAARA operates three restaurants in New Delhi- CAARA Cafe at the British Council with a quick on the go menu, CAARA at Ogaan, Malcha Marg which is our classic European eatery and NicoCaara at The Chanakya Mall showcasing a menu inspired by the season and ingredients we love to source and work with. We also operate an exclusive Chef’s Kitchen seating 18 people inside our industrial kitchen.
PRODUCTS & GIFTING
CAARA’s fine food line ranges from our signature basil pesto to a range of preservative free pasta sauces, salad dressings, handmade pasta and ready to serve gourmet cheese boards to name a few. We take pride in the quality of our ingredients including using chemical free produce from our own farms where possible.
CAARA loves to create delicious food and memorable experiences. Great produce lies at the heart of great food.
We believe in sourcing locally from our own chemical – free farms, supporting local artisans, and when required look for the best ingredients from around the world.
The CAARA ethos resonates throughout, from Bespoke Catering, The Cookery School, Cafe’s, Chefs Kitchen and Easy Dining Delivery and our Hampers and Food Products.
FarmLove is our brand of chemical-free vegetables, fruits & herbs that we grow at our CAARA Farms in Delhi & Haryana.
We love to experiment on our farms by growing produce that we can use and showcase in our food across our verticals.
From acres of Italian Basil grown especially to make the CAARA Basil Pesto or patches full of fragrant rosemary, thyme, sage, majoram and spearmint- its always amazing to see what our soil produces year on year.
