METHOD
- Take a bowl, put lettuce leaves in it, add some salt, pepper and olive oil and toss well.
- Take cherry tomatoes and cut them in half and then marinate in Caara Basil pesto.
- Assemble tomatoes, lettuce and burrata on a serving plate.
- Sprinkle Maldon sea salt on the burrata.
- Drizzle CAARA’s Balsamic Glaze on the top of the salad.
- Garnish with basil leaves and pine nuts.
- Sprinkle fresh micro cress.
