180gms CAARA Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto
2 Gluten-Free or Sourdough CAARA Pizza Bases
150gms Fresh Buffalo Mozzarella, Thinly Sliced
100gms Fresh Kale
80gms CAARA Marinated Queen Olives
1tsp of CAARA’s chilli herb mix
- Preheat the oven to 220°C.
- Spread the CAARA sun-dried tomato pesto on both the pizza bases generously.
- Top them each with mozzarella, scattered kale leaves and olives.
- Bake for 6-8 minutes, until cheese is melted & bubbling and base is crisp.
- Sprinkle with CAARA’s chili herb mix before serving
Always brush some extra virgin olive oil on crust immediately after pizza comes out from oven, it adds flavor and would prevent it from drying out.
