INGREDIENTS:

 180gms CAARA Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto
2 Gluten-Free or Sourdough CAARA Pizza Bases
150gms Fresh Buffalo Mozzarella, Thinly Sliced
100gms Fresh Kale
80gms CAARA Marinated Queen Olives
1tsp of CAARA’s chilli herb mix

Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  • Spread the CAARA sun-dried tomato pesto on both the pizza bases generously.
  • Top them each with mozzarella, scattered kale leaves and olives.
  • Bake for 6-8 minutes, until cheese is melted & bubbling and base is crisp.
  • Sprinkle with CAARA’s chili herb mix before serving

Caara Tip:

Always brush some extra virgin olive oil on crust immediately after pizza comes out from oven, it adds flavor and would prevent it from drying out.
