Ingredients: Shiitake, porcini & button mushroom, Barley , garlic, onion, celery, thyme, leeks, butter, olive oil, cream cheese, aged parmesan cheese, salt, pepper
Serving Instructions: Bring 100ml of water to a boil, add the risotto and cook it for 1 minute on a slow heat. Add generous shavings of parmesan before serving.
