Grainy Mustard with Figs (Travels)

Ingredients: Whole grain mustard, white wine vinegar, olive oil, fig, salt
Try it: In a cold potato salad, as a accompaniment to a charcuterie board or cured meats and roast ham, as a dip with sausage rolls, smeared on bread for a grilled cheese or as lovely addition to a vinaigrette.
Abundantly found and locally sourced mustard seeds are soaked for up to 2 weeks to be able to start making the process of mustard.
