440gms Chickpeas (boiled)
1 Jar of CAARA Basil Pesto
3 Tbsp Crumbled Feta
3 Tbsp Diced Red Onion
2 Tbsp Toasted Pine Nuts (optional)
3-4 Cherry Tomatoes
Fresh Basil for Garnish
- Season chickpeas with salt and pepper. Add Feta, diced onions & cherry tomatoes and mix all ingredients together.
- Mix in the jar of CAARA Basil pesto & garnish with basil leaves & pine nuts.
- Refrigerate for 30 mins before serving.
Always top up your leftover CAARA Basil Pesto with a little olive oil to keep it moist and increase its shelf life.
