Black Olive Tapenade can be served as an appetiser with bread or crackers, used as a pizza base for the more adventurous, or simply spread over chicken before roasting.
The ingredients required are garlic, Kalamata olive, caper berries, basil, parsley, olive oil, salt, pepper.
Puy Lentil and Apple Salad

CAARA Sourdough with Smashed Avocado and Chilli
Smashed Avocado with Caara Sourdough is a vegetarian dish and it contains seeds. The ingredients required are Avocado, tomato, coriander, lemon, chilli, flour, olive oil, sesame seeds, salt, and pepper.
Smashed avocado is chunky smooth bits of the most wonderful avocado, with a very small hint of chilli, lime juice, lashings of extra virgin olive oil, and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Salad of Green Goddess Pears and Asparagus with CAARA’s Herb Dressing
Green Goddess Pear and Asparagus Salad is a dish which contains dairy products and nuts. The product is recommended to be consumed immediately after the preparation of the dish.
The ingredients required to prepare the dish are Pears, asparagus, English cucumber, mixed lettuce, feta , farm herb, vinegar, salt, pepper, pancake syrup, olive oil, salt, pepper, cherry tomato and Pumpkin seed.
This fresh salad is topped with one of CAARA’s gourmet sauces, Herb Dressing.
House Vinaigrette with Farm Herbs Dressing
House Vinaigrette with Farm Herbs Dressing is a vegetarian condiment which is gluten free and dairy free. House Vinaigrette with Farm Herbs Dressing goes well with both green leafy salads. The ingredients required are Parsley, thyme, rosemary, mint, basil, sage, white wine vinegar, mustard, olive oil, salt and pepper.
The shelf life of it is 7 days from the date of manufacturing. The dish must be refrigerated all the time.
Passion Fruit and Sage Dressing
Passion Fruit and Sage Dressing is a vegetarian, gluten and dairy free condiment . The ingredients required are Passion fruit, sage, white wine vinegar, honey, olive oil, salt and pepper.
A salad is only as nice as its dressing. This light and refreshing dressing complements both green leafy salads and grain-based salads. It’s refreshing and cold, so keep it in your fridge all the time.
Pan – Roasted Chicken Breast
These chicken breasts are quick, simple, and delectable. You can simply monitor the inside temperature by ‘pan-roasting.’ Leaving the skin on adds a lot of flavour and moisture.
The ingredients required for the preparation of pan roasted chicken breast are garbanzo bean, onion, tomato, salt, pepper, extra virgin olive oil, curd, goat cheese, mint, garlic, red mizuna, pomegranate.
The shelf life of the dish is that it is recommended that the product be consumed immediately. However, if you must store it, keep it refrigerated and consume it within 2 days.
It can be consumed with garbanzo & Kashmiri dark beans, Pico De Gallo, goat cheese Labneh & purple mizuna salad.
Silken Tofu With Seasonal Vegetables
Silken Tofu With Seasonal Vegetables is a dish which is dairy free and gluten free. The ingredients required are tofu, ginger, chilli, salt, sesame oil, garlic, carrot, snow peas, French beans, soy sauce, mushroom, asparagus, bok choy, spinach, and kale.

Add seasonal veggies & tofu tossed with ginger chili sauce, served with steamed winter greens and sesame seeds.
Gluten Free Orange and Almond Cake
The gluten free orange & almond cake is delicious which contains egg, dairy and also nuts.
