Founded in 2014, CAARA promotes fine food and food experiences. An acronym for Culinary Arts & Research Academy, this endeavor stands at the heart of CAARA’s food exploration and has been the passion that drives all of CAARA’s subsequent ventures.


The CAARA ethos resonates in all of our different ventures from bespoke catering, cookery school, cafe’s, chefs kitchen and easy dining. We believe in sourcing locally from our own chemical – free farms, supporting local artisans, and when required source the best ingredients from around the world.


CAARA strongly believes in giving back and with this philosophy, we created the Rise-Up Initiative which trains under-privileged youth in the field of hospitality. We facilitate this through internships within our our food and beverage outlets, where they gain hands on experience and the possibility of permanent employment within CAARA or other hospitality fields.


We are also proud supporters of Salaam Balaak Trust, an Indian non-profit and non-governmental organisation which provides a sensitive and caring environment to street and working children in New Delhi, India.
